Much of my time lately has been about balancing time, with this website and my contract Interior design job. I’ve wanted flexibility to do things that I love and food was on top of that list. No surprise, as working from home takes over our lives, healthy breakfast has been challenging to make. We are hardcore smoothie lovers in my household, but it’s nice to switch things up every one to two days of the week, especially while working from home. What better way than to whip up a delicious yogurt fruit parfait. It’s so easy to make these and honestly, it doesn’t take much time or effort. Best part, any frozen or cut up fruits work great with this recipe. I highly recommend experimenting with various baking spices for your own twist.
