Moscow Mule

I’ve had a long fascination for good cocktails and what better way, than to perfect them at home and wear my bar-tending hat. If there is anything that I am most possessive of, it is my bar-tending tools.  I love that my husband is a great guinea pig for all my creations, both, food and drinks. I was gifted two copper mugs for my bridal shower (4ish years ago) and those glasses, did not see the light of day until recently. I’m a fruity drinker and this classic is always a hit with anyone.  I am yet to meet someone who doesn’t like Moscow Mule. It is so versatile, you can use any liquor and it packs the same great taste. Also, if you are a non-drinker, avoid the liquor and have the mint be the star ingredient.  Key secret to this recipe are the fresh ingredients (mint, lemon) and take your time with the muddling portion. You won’t be disappointed!
