Growing up, I despised oatmeal, but I discovered the nutritional benefits of including it into my diet, as adult. Better late than never! Customize it with your favorite toppings, nuts, seeds and a dash of nut butter. If you’ve never had it this way, I’ve happy I was the one to introduce you to it. During weekdays, I’ve added overnight oats to my daily routine and I like to mix things up with this recipe, every few weekends. Since it’s a wholesome meal, it keeps you full for a few hours and perfect for a busy weekend outing or to run errands. What toppings are your favorites?
